Monique Ochoa, CMP - President & Owner
Monique has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism from the University of New Orleans. Monique has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from festival management, conferences, hotel sales, event fundraising, destination management, non-profit events, grant writing, and event marketing. Monique is a Certified Meeting Professional accredited by the Convention Industry Council. Monique concentrates on client relationships, event fundraising, conference planning, meeting management, marketing, and vision for our clients.
Dane Shafer-Pratt - Meeting & Association Manager
Dane graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX with a degree in psychology and communication art. Her responsibilities include web design, marketing, social media, graphic design, meeting planning and management of specific associations.
Stephen Quick - Membership Manager
Stephen is responsible for the office administrative duties, membership communication, member retention, recruitment and engagement, database system management, reporting and maintenance, and management of all office procedures. Stephen has extensive customer service skills and is very attentive to everyone.
Karen Lee - Meeting Manager
Karen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Columbia College in Chicago, IL and recently joined the team as a meeting manager. She has more than 20 years of business experience and is always excited to learn new ways to better serve clients.
